Terms and Conditions for Leaders Combat

1. Agreement and publisher

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your download, installation, access to, and use of Leaders Combat (the "Game"). The Game is published by Austral Empire LLC ("Austral Empire," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 2055 Limestone Road, Wilmington, Delaware, United States.

By downloading or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game. Additional terms from Google Play, Apple, your device manufacturer, or a service provider may apply to their services.

The Android package identifier com.OmegaCorp.LeadersKombat is a legacy technical identifier. Austral Empire LLC is the publisher and contracting entity for the Game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Game. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age for the Game or its data processing, that higher age applies. The Game is not offered to children below the applicable age.

3. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed by the Game and its advertising, analytics, diagnostics, platform, and purchase providers. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms. Please review it before using the Game.

4. License to use the Game

Subject to these Terms and the applicable app-store rules, Austral Empire grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the Game on compatible devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not:

• Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Game or any part of it except where law expressly permits.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract source code, modify, translate, or create derivative works, except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Circumvent security, advertising, purchase, reward, progression, or technical controls.
• Use cheats, automation, modified clients, exploits, or unauthorized tools.
• Interfere with the Game, its servers, third-party services, networks, or another person's device.
• Use the Game for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.

5. Gameplay and content

Leaders Combat is a fictional entertainment game with political and election themes. Characters, dialogue, scenarios, outcomes, and simulated opponents are presented for gameplay, parody, or entertainment and do not represent an endorsement by, affiliation with, or statement from any real person, political party, government, or organization unless expressly stated.

The Game's apparent multiplayer or matchmaking presentation may use computer-controlled opponents and locally simulated gameplay. Availability, balance, levels, rewards, characters, prices, and other features may change as the Game is updated.

6. Advertising and third-party services

The Game may display interstitial and rewarded advertisements supplied through AppLovin MAX and mediated partners such as Unity Ads, Chartboost, and Liftoff Monetize/Vungle. An ad provider, destination website, or advertised product is controlled by its respective third party. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, availability, or privacy practices.

The Game also uses GameAnalytics for gameplay analytics, Sentry for diagnostics, Unity services for in-app purchasing and advertising, and Google Play or Apple services for distribution and billing. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies:

7. In-app purchases and virtual items

The Game may offer digital items, virtual currency, upgrades, or other digital content (collectively, "Virtual Items"). Before a purchase, the applicable store displays the item and price. Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple under the store account and payment method you use. Austral Empire does not receive your complete payment-card details.

• Virtual Items are licensed for personal use within the Game. They are not money, property, deposits, or stored value; have no cash value; and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the Game.
• Consumable Virtual Items may be used up during gameplay. Non-consumable items may be restorable when the applicable store and product support restoration.
• Except where required by law or app-store policy, completed purchases are final. Refund requests must be submitted through the platform that processed the purchase. Google Play purchases are subject to Google Play's refund rules; Apple purchases are subject to Apple's billing and refund process.
• We may correct pricing, description, balance, or delivery errors and may change or discontinue Virtual Items prospectively, subject to applicable consumer law.

If you believe an item was not delivered, contact us and include the platform, product, approximate purchase date, and store order identifier. Do not send complete payment-card information.

8. Device, connectivity, and local data

You are responsible for a compatible device, operating system, internet access, and any carrier or roaming charges. Core gameplay may operate locally, but configuration updates, advertisements, analytics, diagnostics, purchases, purchase restoration, and some other functions require network access.

Game progress and preferences are primarily saved on the device. Clearing app data, uninstalling the Game, changing devices, or losing access to the device may remove local progress. We do not guarantee cloud backup or recovery of local progress.

You are responsible for keeping your device and store account secure. Rooting, jailbreaking, or modifying the device or Game may cause failures and may expose the device to security risks.

9. Intellectual property

The Game and all associated software, artwork, animation, music, sound, text, design, trademarks, logos, characters, databases, and other content are owned by Austral Empire or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only the limited license stated in Section 4. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Third-party names, political figures, brands, or other references remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

10. Updates, changes, and availability

We may release updates, modify features, correct errors, change compatibility requirements, or discontinue part or all of the Game. An update may be required to continue using the Game. We do not guarantee that the Game or any specific feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights concerning paid digital content.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your license to use the Game if you materially violate these Terms, use the Game unlawfully, exploit purchases or rewards, compromise security, or interfere with the Game or third-party services. Where practical and required by law, we will provide notice or an opportunity to correct the violation.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by stopping use and uninstalling the Game. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law, will continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that gameplay outcomes, advertisements, third-party services, remote configuration, or locally stored progress will always be available or accurate.

These disclaimers do not exclude warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Austral Empire and its officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Game.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to the Game will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Austral Empire through the Game during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 50. This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory local consumer rights, courts located in Delaware will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Game.

If you are a consumer, this section does not deprive you of mandatory protections or the right to bring a claim in a court available under the law where you live. Before filing a formal claim, we encourage you to contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Game, providers, or law. The revised version will show a new effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice before material changes apply. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using and uninstall the Game.

16. General provisions

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of the Game or business. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable store terms form the agreement concerning your use of the Game.
